Graves exophthalmos

Are there any new treatments available to reduce eye proptosis in Graves disease.  I have already had 2 courses of radiation, orbital decompression surgery, RIU, on synthroid, and proptosis is in the 35 range.  I see two very well respected opthalmic surgeons, but they have told me they are done, nothing left but to go blind.  Are there any correlations between cortisol production and my eye swelling?
