Hashimoto or something else???

I'm hoping someone you will be able to help.

I'm 27 years old and I recently had a full work up down as I have been having severe fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, irritability, anxiety, depression, constipation, and others I can't think of. I just got the lab results and they are as follows:
Glucose 68.6 (70-105)
Iron 76 (50-170)
Ferritin 71.6 (11-306.8)
Free t3: 3.34 (2.5-3.9)
Free t4: 0.79 (0.8-1.6)
TSH 1.78 (0.34-4.82)
B12: 177 (180-914)
Vit D 30.1(30-100)
Progesterone 0.10 (0.31-18.56)
LH 0.71 (1.20-103.03)
Estradiol 8 (15-350)
Cortisol 6.51 (6.7-33.6)

My doctor says it's just adrenal fatigue but I think it's something more. Do I need to see an endorsement? Or go see my ob/gyn or both or another specialist?  I'm tired of feeling so bad and want to feel better. Any information/ advice is appreciated!

FYI:

The symptoms of low cortisol, which you have, include:

Mental and psychological ailments such as depression.
    Faintness and dizziness.
    Weakness and fatigue.
    Heart palpitations.
    Emotional hypersensitivity.
    Inability to cope with stress.
    Social anxiety.
    Muscle weakness.

The symptoms of low B12:
    Diarrhea or constipation
Fatigue, lack of energy, or light-headedness when standing up or with exertion
    Loss of appetite
    Pale skin
    Problems concentrating
Shortness of breath, mostly during exercise
Swollen, red tongue or bleeding gums

If you have low vitamin B12 level for a long time, you can have nerve damage. Symptoms of nerve damage include:

Thanks for commenting! It's good to know that my instincts are right and it's something more. It's been over two years of this and to have people tell you it's just stress or anxiety and that you just need to relax is so frustrating.

I did hav  an antibodies test done which I should get  back any day now. All the endos in my area require a referral so now the next step is getting my gp to give me one so I can see a specialist.

I agree with 1Kel12 about the B12 and D.  Your ferritin level is also good.  Free T4 is way too low, it should be up around 1.2, at minimum.  Your Free T3 is at 60% of the range, which is inconsistent with your Free T4 level, so I expect that your body is unsuccessfully trying to convert enough T4 to T3 to meet your needs, but overall you remain hypothyroid, based on all those symptoms.  Another possibility is that the very low cortisol level is causing something called "pooling of T3 in the blood" so that it does not get into cells where it is needed.

In addition, assuming that those ranges shown are correct for the cycle you were in, it appears that they are all low. Along with that your cortisol was below the range, which means it is extremely low.  Based on that I think you have more than just adrenal fatigue, as mentioned by the doctor.  I think you have a dysfunction in the hypothalamus/pituitary system that is causing you to be cortisol deficient, hypothyroid, and low in the other hormones.  So I think you need to see a good Endo to find out why you have the hypothalamus/pituitary dysfunction.  You need to get that diagnosed and rectified even before considering any action for you thyroid issues, because it is advisable to get cortisol optimized before starting on thyroid med.

If you will tell us your location perhaps we can suggest a good doctor for you, based on recommendations from other thyroid patients.

Hello!
I am new to all of this myself (diagnosed last year) but your B12 is very low (should be higher end of reference range) and your D3 can be higher (at least 50)  based on what I've come to understand. Your T4 is at the bottom of the range and most folks feel good at around mid range.
I sent you a PM with some info. This site was instrumental in getting my hypo under control, you'll hear from those folks soon no doubt.
Take care! Kel
