Hashimoto's with fainting, high heart rate, shaking & nausea.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's a few weeks ago and due to the levels in my blood work my doctor had me started on thyroxine replacement straight away.

At first, I was feeling less tired and generally more active however for the past 4 days the fatigue has returned, I have had nausea, shaking, a fast heart rate, dizziness and blurred vision.
All of that on top of my usual Hashimoto's symptoms!!

I went to my GP yesterday where I had my blood pressure etc taken and was advised that everything was okay however this afternoon, the symptoms were worse than ever. After running to the bathroom (thanks to nausea) I passed out and hit the bathroom floor. We returned to the doctors yet again where I was given tablets to dicrease my heart rate as my GP believed I had too much thyroxine in my system...

I still feel the same though!!

Has anyone else out there had the same thing happen?
I literally feel like I'm having a heart attack at times.

Any advice would be great! :D

I know when I started Synthroid a had a "honeymoon period" about 2 weeks when I felt fabulous!  I had been on armour and nature throid and not doing great so wanted to try synthroid and see if it was better.  I've been told that sometimes in the beginning there is almost a "push" of the hormone going into the cells so you feel great but if you have a conversion problem you end up with not enough FT3 to work and you start going down hill again.  I wonder if this is what you had?  The new symptoms sound like what I had after I went down hill.  I was too low on FT3 for my body and had to go back on Nature Throid.  Whe it was reformulated I changed to ERFA (canadian Thyroid) and feel much much better now.  If you post your labs and ranges and dosage I'm use someone will chime in a give some advice.  Good luck.
