Heart problems along with Hypothyroid symptoms

Hi, I hope someonen can help. I have been in the hospital for 2 months, battling with heart problems. Had 2 ablations for Afib went into Vtach, crashed 4 times, was intibated 4 times and almost died! IThey found I have a very weak mitral valve and were talking about repair or heart transplant, I am now on 2 ace inhibitors and diuretics, and of course coumadin, finally got my heart back on track with AV node severed and ICD installed. But now I am hypothyroid, with tingling feet, swollen and irritated throat,
and sore muscles, lately have a lump on my bicept like a popped muscle or tendon, very sore.
I am now on 100mcg synthroid, but am afraid they won't be able to give me a higher dose due to my terrible heart condition.
Can anyone shed some light?

This discussion is related to body tremors, swollen tongue, tongue tremors, jaw clenching, foot numbness.
and sore muscles, lately have a lump on my bicept like a popped muscle or tendon, very sore.
