Hello, I have a lump in my throat!

Hi, I have a question. Just recently I noticed a lump in my throat.  could it be a thyroid issue?  Its like little ball type of lump and it doesnt give me pain.  Someone told me it could be my glands swollen. But I havent had any trouble swallowing food.  I also have pink eye.  Not sure if there can be a connection. I'm just using visine for the pink eye. Any help or suggestions you can give me would be great.

Thanks so much,
Amanda

If it is low in the front of your  throat then yes it could be thyroid, you should get any lump checked out anyway..
