Help me understand ultrasound results

I had a thyroid ultrasound done for a nodule my doctor felt.  I do not understand the results:
The thyroid is enlarged but homogenous in echogenicity.  The right lobe measures 6.8x2.4x1.8cm and contains a small hypoechoic 0.8x0.4x0.6cm nodule in the lower to interpolar regions.  Left lobe measures 5.3x1.7x1.9cm with no solid or cystic nodules.  The ishmus is unremarkable measuring 4.4mm.  There is normal color flow to both lobes of the thyroid gland.  Impression:  small hypoechoic nodule within the rigth lobe.

What does this mean?  My TSH was in the normal range at 0.89.  No other symptoms.
