I take my Synthroid at 7am and Cytomel at 8a and 2p. Does Tirosint work better for you than Synthroid? What T3 med do you take that one dose in am is all you need?

You would have to experiment, according to your schedule (what time you get up and go to bed) but make sure you have an equal (or very close to it) amount of time between doses, in order to keep your levels steady. You could try 7:00 am, 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Do you currently take your cytomel at the same time you take your synthroid? I'm on Tirosint, which I take when I get up at 3:15 am, then my T3 med at 7;00 am; I'm only on one dose (5 mcg) of T3 med.
Thanks for replies. I take my cytomel at 8a and 2p now. what would be good times to space out 3 doses?
Your FT4 is greater than mid range, while FT3 less than mid range. Many of us find best symptom relief with FT4 at (or near) mid range and FT3 in the upper 1/3 of its range. It looks like you might benefit from a slight increase in the cytomel, and maybe split it into 3 doses rather than 2, being careful not to take it after about 3:00 pm or it may interfere with sleep.
Your TSH actually still on the higher side of the range. For suppression they would usually bring it down to < 1.0.
Your FT3 is on the low side of the range too, and your FT4 is not too high. FT3 tends to be more important for many, with it needing to be a bit higher to completely relieve symptoms.
You may feel way better with a slight increase in your meds. Ask your doctor about this.
