Help with test results

My husband has been having some health problems and recently went to an Endo. Here's the thyroid test results.
TSH 0.933 ref. range 0.450 - 4.500
Thyroid Peroxidase  (TPO)  Ab  13   0 - 34
Triiodothyronine  (T3)    101    71 - 180
Reverse T3 Serum     15.3     9.2 - 24.1
Thyroxine  (T4) Free, Direct, S   1.32    0.82 - 1.77
He sees the DR again next week.
Three weeks earlier ha had another TSH test and it was 1.362    ref range 0.350 - 4.840 in case this might tell you something. To me it all looks pretty normal but I'm new at this.

Thanks for the replies. He's completely exhausted, very weak, sometimes cold when it's 80 degrees and he has no fever, sometimes he sweats profusely so much so it runs off his head.
He saw an endo last week and he did a lot of test (don't know why he didn't do the FT3) but we don't see him again until Oct. 3rd.
We do know he has low T but didn't think it would have this much effect. He's had low T for awhile and it hasn't been treated properly by his PCP but it appears this Endo is going to be more aggressive on the treatment.

TSH looks good in both cases.

FT4 is at 53% of range, which is right where it should be and shows his thyroid is functioning.

TPOab is negative, but TGab (the other marker for Hashi's) wasn't tested.

Total T3, which is not nearly as good a test as FT3, is on the low side at 28% of range.  However, if he's not on meds, that doesn't bother me a whole lot.

Can you tell us more about his symptoms?  We might be able to give you some more direction.
RT3 is a bit useless without FT3.  Raw numbers don't mean a lot; it's the ratio of FT3 to RT3 that's important.  With no FT3, we can't calculate that.
