High T3 & T4

I have been having problems with my thyroid for several months now. I still have a three week wait before my appointment and have been searching the internet for some answers about my lab results from my most recent lab work (just to get a heads up on what might happen). I don't understand my results and was curious if you could explain them to me? Thyroid Peroxidase <10     Antithyroglobulin <20     T4, Free (Direct) 1.29     TSH 1.062    Thyroxine (T4) 13.3     Triiodothyronine 255
I also have an M&M size, hard lump in the side of my neck, about halfway between my jaw and collarbone. I was wondering if this might have any relation to my thyroid problem?
Thanks.

The antibody tests you had run came back negative, which is good.

Your Free T4 is good. Your TSH is good. Your T4 is...who cares. Your triiodothyronine is hard to decipher. Not sure if it is a Free T3 or not, and would have to see the test ranges. My guess is it is not bad.

Not sure about the lump. It may be related depending on location.

But your thyroid tests look pretty good. The jury is still out on your Free T3 level.
