High TSH and High T4

I just had my blood test results today and my TSH was 9.0 and free T4 39.9. I have lost a stone in weight in the last 2 months. Two years ago my TSH was 20 and T3 and T4, after seeing many endos I was told not to take any medication. Has anyone had the same levels.

Those looks like are symptoms of being hyperthyroidism. Last year my mom had problems like yours.

I had same results (high TSH and high FT4) last year but I have hashi and then I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. But my symptoms are different from yours. Seems you have problems with the pituitary that affect the thyroid gland.

The T4 range is 4-12, I did not have the T3 tested this time.
My antibodies are normal. I last took medication 6 months ago. My main symptoms are; can't sleep at night, hands have a slight tremor.
I have been told in the past that I might have a macro TSH where the TSH is not giving the correct readings

What's the reference range for the Free T4?  Ranges vary from lab to lab, so must come from you own report.  Do you have a Free T3 result?  Have you ever been tested for thyroid antibodies?  Those would include TPOab, TGab, and TSI.

Were you, or are you currently on medication?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but can't help you without more info.
