High TSH and high Rt3

If fT3 and Ft4 is in normal range and TSH is  slightly over the range  it probably means that I can benefit from more NDT.  But in the same time can Rt3 be elevated? I feel like crap after two weeks upping the dose with quarter grain.

After two weeks, your FT3 is at 77% of range, which is nicely into the top third.  Your FT4 is just a little bit low, but it's often hard to get FT4 to 50% on desiccated.

Was RT3 tested?

Was it just two weeks ago you started increasing?  What had you been taking the previous 18 months?  Were there any changes at all?  Have you been on Armour the whole time?

Please post the actual results of your FT3, FT4 and TSH tests and include the reference ranges from your own lab report.

Is your RT3 elevated?

How long have you been on meds altogether, and how many increases have you had?  What is your current dose?
