High TSH levels

I have lived with this disease for 18 years Im now 31 this last year has been horrible. always increasing dosage and blood test. Everytime I tell my PCP my symptoms for example, anxiety, cold hot, insomnia, something stuck in my throat, feet are blue, legs twitching, dizzieness theres more but I can't think right now anyways I get told lets up your dose. By the way Im on 200mcg  levoxythrine. I feel alone, helpless and mostly crazy. The newest is the feeling of something stuck in my throat he said is caused by the high TSH levels take my medicine and come back in a month. This feeling is driving me crazy its hard to swallow food hard to swallow period! Is there anything else I can do if I could get something long enough down my throat I would start scraping it out myself. I think Im nearing going over the edge am I crazy! My levels are too high too low which is it? HELP....

hey thanks you guys for responding left work after I posted and just got home from kids activities. They done an ultrasound last week and the doctor said there wasn't anything too out of the ordinary and take the higher dosage and come back in a month. I was diagnosed with a goiter when I was 13. This year no matter what I do I cannot get my thyroid to levelize. I will have to get my levels from the Dr. been dealing with this for so long I guess I don't pay close attention to the levels just do what they tell me too. Just recently started feeling like something else needs to be done life is spiraling out of control fast not to mention my husband is deploying monday so I know Im already stressed but this is stressing me out worse sometimes!

Please post your FT3 and FT4 results (and their reference ranges) and TSH.  What is the cause of your hypothyroidism?  Do you have Hashi's?

I'm sure you're not crazy, and I'm equally sure that your doctor has no clue how to treat hypothyroidism.

Please post your numbers (whichever you have of them), and we can work on figuring out what's going on.
