High Thyroglobulin antibodies and ANA in the blood

Hi ,

I have diadnosed with Strong positive ANA and High Thyroglobulin antibodies in the Blood . Can you please suggest the medicine to treat the same. I am trying for pregnancy and has a miscarriage before.

You have an Autoimmune Disease as the high ANA shows and with the detection of high Thyroglobulin, I would be seeing an Endocrinologist.
You dont give much history here so it is hard to comment.
Post yr history so others can help too.
