High reverse T3 result.TSH 5 SubclinicalHypoT

My result came back recently as 31.5 ug/l [range 0.09-035]
This is [whatever the pesky units quoted] is 90 times the top limit for 'normal'.
The ratuio with freeT3 of 5 pmol/l [4.0-6.8] is well under 1 rather than the optimal 20.
I actually feel better than when on Thyroxine for some 2-3 months last year.
Maybe this reading now is residual from that  event but it's still far too high.
My current Endo who I see next week already told me he wasn't into Wilsons Temp Syndrome, RT3 etyc so I may have a struggle getting  treatment.
Already I've been refused T3 to kickstart the HTA axis from an earlier Endo [a Professor] which I suspected was the issue.
I know illness [severe] low iron [my ferritin quite good] or Adrenal probs can affect this result-a 24 hr Cirtisol excretion test can out at 70nmol/24hrs which I thought low. Serum was >800nmol/l but was taken with some distress to me over 15 minute period so could have caused a surge.
Anyone with experience along these lines able to comment?
I 'm not sure if the T4+T3 combo is available in the UK if T3 is considered over the top for inrange T4 and T3 levels.

I agree- it seems a too high reading. however- trying get a response out of medics ,labs or some Drs is hard going.as all seem to be covering their backs, to some degree of other.
It's taking weeks to get the 24hr result print out given to me over the phone when I contacted an earlier clinic [not the test commissioners]  but everything is now archived till my tomorrows visit. Consultant was worried he wouldn't get it -as done in my local hospital.
Local surgery seem unable to dig down and are now closed half the week.
I could go on. meantime I'm trying to stay on top ,Natch!!

Please double check the Reverse T3 result and range.  Something doesn't add up.  It seems to me that either the measurement units of the result, or the range measurement units are wrong.
