what are your numbers with reference ranges ??
what treatment you have ??
regarding the psychosis , I would suggest that you see a psychiatrist ,however ,theoretically  hyper can cause mental impairment so does hypo, but again ,in the case of psychosis your ability to judge is not in it's best ,so consult with a specialist ,and let him say what is the actual cause of the psychotic symptoms you have !!

don't wait !
feel well ,

Doctors already diagnosed me with thyroiditis 3 months ago. From the symptoms I guess I'm having hyper. But I need to know if psychosis is part of the thyroiditis. Cos I'm feeling paranoid, delusional and hallucinating. Thanks!

Just the opposite can also be true some times. In the beginning of Hoshimoto's (hypothyroidism), the thyroid is inflamed and can swing from hypo to hyper in very short time before its constantly hypo.

You will have antibodies in this stage, although might be low. At first that hot sweating feeling was more of an ill feeling than the tiredness when I went hypo, it was odd. I felt hot for months. Happened to me years ago, confused doctors until I constantly felt hypo, and the lab #'s proved it. Thyroid was the last thing tested.

Like smilerdeb mentioned, get it checked out.

Since your male and young, some doctors are more likely to over look the thyroid. Happens to us men too.

Yes it can and it can feel like you are burning up.
Get yr levels checked and get to the Docs for beta blockers.
Heat and sweating profusly is the first thing I noticed when I was first diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and Graves.
