Since your in India, I dint know what TPO range your lab used. If 67 was over your range then you have autoimmune based thyroid disorder with antibodies attacking your thyroid. This often happens before the thyroid starts to dysfunction, possibly why your TSH is is in range. Most doctors will also test for TGab or TSI (for Graves hyper only). Autoimmune hypOthyroid is called Hashimotos disease.
That said TSH is not accurate testing. Any experience thyroid doctor knows to also test the actual thyroid hormone levels using what is called the "Free T3" and "Free T4". Free T4 is converted by several organs into T3, which is then what the body consumes.
At this point it is not possible to cure high antibody levels, but there are some that claim to have lowered antibodies from diet, but not yet eliminating them.
So if you start to have symptoms it will be necessary to take thyroid replacement for life at this point. But you dont know what your free T3 and free T4 is at this point and you do not mention any symptoms........?
No more details can be given unless you get these hormones tested, as your TSH falls into range, but the frees might show a pattern that correlates to any symptoms.
There's really not enough information here to tell you what it means.
TSH is within normal limits, but TSH is a very poor indicator of thyroid function since it's a pituitary hormone and influenced by many factors other than thyroid hormone levels. Much more important are free T3 and free T4, the actual thyroid hormones. of utmost importance are symptoms. Do you have any?
TPOab is elevated. However, we often see numbers in the high hundreds or even thousands, so yours could be considered "borderline". Other autoimmune conditions can cause elevated TPOab. You might also be in an early stage.
IF you have autoimmune thyroid disease, it is not curable. It is treatable with medication (often for life).
