The best way to reduce the size of your thyroid is to get on meds so that your thyroid doesn't have to try so hard to produce hormones. The thyroid enlarges when it tries to produce adequate hormones and cannot.
Were your FT3, FT4 and TSH tested? If so, please post these numbers with their reference ranges. Also, did they do thyroid antibody tests to verify Hashi's (TPOab and TGab)?
