How long has it taken for your body to get use to the Thyroid medication?

I was diagnosed June 2007 with Hypothyroidism.  Just recently im getting the symptoms all over again..  cant get enough energy to workout, sleepy all the time, gaining weight.  I was able to get down to 173 then now im way back up to 182-183 and i even got down to 179 by working out a couple of times and then next time i wanted to work out my body just isnt letting me and even tho i did the treadmill on sunday and i weight 179.4.. and on Tuesday when i was gonna workout again, i weighed 181.6 and this morning 182.8.  Could it be that my medicine has stopped working? Do i gotta push myself even harder with the work outs.  I recently lost 50lbs, was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes the same day as hypothyroidism and was told my cholesterol was slightly raised, and im only 21.   Funny when i weighed 230lbs, i was healthy felt fine, lost the weight, and now i got all these problems.   But now i gotta lose so that i can get healthier like when i was fat.  jk.. i know being obese made me get these problems.   So anyways.. Thyroid medicine.. how long does it take for your body to need the medicine adjusted again???

I havent had my blood tested for the stats on my thyroid, only diabetes reasons since last march.  So i guess im due huh.   I take 1000mg of Metformin  twice a day,  100mg of Januvia(Sitagliptin) once a day and i take 25mg of Levothyroxin once a day.  I also just started 150mg of Ranitidine twice a day for my stomach pain that makes me always feel nauseaous, and 100mg of Loratidine once a day for allergies. and today im starting taking Vitamins that i had stopped for a while.

Most of the people with hypothyroidism are feeling better when their TSH level is close to 1.0.
What medicine are you taking for diabetis?

You should be getting your blood checked every three months.
