How long should you give optimal lab values to take effect?

How long should you give optimal lab values to take effect in relieving symptoms?

I have optimal lab values, but still struggling.  Should you give it 1-2 months to take effect?

Is there a delay in symptom relief after achieving optimal lab values?

Am I feeling better?  Yes.  Am I exercising yet?  No.

I agree with the above--just because the labs might say you are within the normal  reference range does not necessarily mean that it is perfect for you.  A few weeks ago I was told that my labs were within the normal range but I still had slight hand tremors and a rare short spurt heart pounding on the day the labs were drawn.  A week later I felt better.

Not sure what you're considering optimal.  Optimal is what's right for YOU, not just a set of numbers that your results should fall between.

As gimel requested, please post your current lab results, along with reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report.
