How to eat right with different health issues.

Hi.  In the last week I found out that on top of having hypothyroidism, hypoglycemic, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc that now I am also diabetic.  Trying to come up with the proper diet is VERY hard.  I found a great link for everything except thyroidism so I done some homework and thought I would share my results with all of you.
