Hyper/Hypo and Labs

I have a question based on the following information:

People with Hashi's have periods of hypo and hyper symptoms due to the antibodies attacking the thyroid and the thyroid secreting additional hormone into the blood stream....

When i have my labs done to check my levels afer being on 88mcg of Synthroid for 6 weeks, IF i'm in this hyper state due to antibodies and my thyroid secreting hormone then will my labs reflect hyper or hypo if i was to have then checked today?

I found an explanation online that indicates this:::

Some opinions state that the Hashitoxicosis will not affect blood tests results to a significant degree, while others believe it can cause results that show a falsely high reading on lab results, resulting in an incorrect evaluation of hormone levels.

I don't want an opinion on it tho, is there any "scientifical proof" that hashitoxicosis even in its mildest form affects blood tests?

Oh and also:
along the same lines..
If my levels were WAY off last time and i'm in that hashi hyper state mode when i get my labs done, how much will that "hyper" state deter my lab numbers?
