Hyperthyroid, 2 (probably) cysts and ear pain.

My blood test came positive for hyperthyroid. I have some symptoms of it: hair loss, irritability, anxiety... and I felt a lump on the front part of my neck. I went for an ultrasound and it showed 2 nodules. They told me it didn't look anything more serious, they look like 2 cysts. I'll have an app. with a ENT only in July, so I'm a little nervous. I've been feeling some ear ache. More in one ear than the other. Sometimes I feel the pain right behind the ear but it's not a severe pain, just anoying. I feel my ears "clogged", too, the same way we feel when we have a cold and my face is a little sore too. Now my question:
Are all these pain related to the thyroid or I might have a sinus infection? The cysts may cause any kind of pain? Does the pain indicate a higher risk for cancer?
I'm still so nervous and confused with all these things that I'm feeling a little lost. Could you help me, please?
