Hyperthyroid symptoms with fluctuating tests

Hi, I'm new to the site and wanted to hear some input from others. This is going to be a long and detailed post so be ready. I've been doing research and can't find anything that fits my situations. First off, I am a 20 year old male and I am a very healthy and in shape. So I've had all the major hyperthyroid symptoms of extreme sweating, anxiety, sensitivity to light, feeling of almost passing out when standing up, tremors, isolated systolic hypertension, 24/7 full body Wet/clammy. All of these symptoms were brushed off for the last year or two but a few months ago I was put on oxybutynin for palmar hyperhydrosis, which helped for a while until I began to feel out of it. This is when all my symptoms started happening at once to the point where it is debilitating. I got off the medicine and felt a little better but still not normal. Met with an endocrinologist and had a blood pressure of 165/76 and bloodwork done.

Lab Work 1:
TSH 1.35 (.45-4.5) uIU/mL
Free T4 2.07 (.82-1.77) ng/dL
Total T3 209 (71-180) ng/dL
DHEA-Sulfate 755.5 (164.3-530.5) ug/dL
Free Cortisol 60 (0-50) ug/24 hr

*Along with these and other tests that were in the normal range.*
Thyroglobulin antibody <1.0 (0.0-.9) IU/mL
Thyroid peroxidase 12 (0-34) IU/mL
thyroid stim immunoglobulin 58 (0-139) %

*First round of tests done by labcorp, second tests run 2-3 weeks later by quest diagnostics.*

T3 Uptake 33 (22-35) %
T3 Reverse 16 (8-25) ng/dL
T3 Total 103 (86-192) ng/dL
Free T4 1.1 (0.8-1.4) ng/dL
T4 Total 5.9 (5.5-11.1) ng/dL
TSH 1.68 (0.4-4.5) mIU/L

and also a thyroglobulin panel and thyrotropin recepter AB which were both in normal ranges.

During all of this my symptoms have not left or even changed much. The sweating of my armpits has gone down a little bit but everything else is constant. Increased heart rate, tremors, anxiety, etc. The most noticeable symptom is that every time I stand after sitting or laying I get light headed and eyes fade to black for a second and then I readjust to normal. I have an appt coming up with the endo but I am clueless as to why my results would do this when I haven't been alleviated of any symtoms. Is he going to brush it off and sy i'm normal? I hope not because by no means do I feel normal and I haven't since the start of all this. All opinions and answers are greatly appreciated! Thank you ahead for your time and response.
