Hypo and feeling tired, weak, dizzy...

Hi
I need some help. For 5 months I've been taking a brand of Levothyroxin. Now I changed to another brand but same Levo. Just different countries where they have been made.
Two weeks ago I started the new medicine and now I'm feeling dizzy, weak, tired. I did some blood test and they told me I have low iron, but still waiting on my thyroid results.
Is there anything I can do to feel better? Someone else had any of this sympthoms and was some other thing? What else do I have to do?
My last laboratory results from 3 months ago is like this: TSH=0.8 T4= 10.4. Still waiting for the last one 2 days ago.
Also...because I am hypo will I have problems getting pregnant? WE've been trying for over an year then found I was hypo. Still trying now and nothing. Should we go to a fertility specialist?
Thank you!

Hi.
I changed meds because I moved to a different country. Today I got my results, had a meeting with the doc and he said I have to half my everyday pill since the TSH was 0.03. So now I will be on 50 instead of 100. In 4 weeks I should retest.
Thanks.

Yes, you can have a low TSH an an enlarged gland.

Why did you change meds?
Exactly what drug are you taking? Generic Levothyroxine, or a name brand form of that drug?
