Hypo taking Syntroid but still tired all the time

I have been taking Syntroid for 6 months and for the last 3 months my dose was changed and I started having exctrem fatique in the morning and at night around 6:00pm. I tried to do yoga today but my heart was beating faster.
I saw my doc and she said this is not related to thyroid and It could be rheumatoid artheris. Anybody have the same symptoms I have seen 3 doctor so far and no result.

From the looks of it - it looks like the Free t3 is low/

Your FT4 and FT3's don't look quite right yet.

I'd talk to your doctor about that Free T3

What should Free T4 and Free t3 should be
TSH : 1.67
TSH 1.746  uIU/mL
T4,Free(Direct) 1.14  ng/dL
T3 free 239?

I am having a saliva test done. I saw a new doc 2 weeks and he told to take 50mcg in the morning and 25mcg around 4:00pm. Anyone had any luck with this treatment?

Your doctor is wrong - it totally could be related. Ask your doctor to run these specific tests to see if your Synthroid is converting in the right ratios to relieve your hypothyroid symptoms.
