A vascular malformation in the area of the thyroid is called an 'Arterio-venous malformation (AVM)' and is basically known as Wyburn-Mason syndrome in some cases.
Why do you believe you have this in the thyroid area?
It is very rare indeed and I would be surprised if you had this.
