Hypothyroid and anemic?

I've done a little research and turns out I might be anemic also. I have hypothroidism it's been about a year since I was last tested (going in two weeks). I've been feeling out of sorts lately, headaches, memory, hair loss (still) tired, weak.
I know these are symptoms of hypothyroid, but are also symptoms of anemia.
I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem too? What do you eat for breakfast?? I'm at a loss as most stuff has iron, but you need to wait 4 hours.
I currently take 100mg of lvoxerthine (sp)
