I am lost!!!

I just had some blood done because I have had swollen glands in my neck, stiff neck, and severe fatigue for about a year now.  My results were
Thyroglobulin Antibodies= 118 IU
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies=280 IU
Vitamin B12=225
TSH=2.42
I also had a thyroid ultrasound which showed mildly enlarged thyroid. Doctor is treating with a low dose 25 mg of hormone pill. I just think there is something else causing my extreme sleepiness.

What is the range for your Vitamin B12?  Your level is terribly low and it looks like you need to be started on, either shots, or  a liquid or sublingual OTC supplement.

Please post the ranges for the antibody tests, also as reference ranges vary from lab to lab.

That said, I'm quite sure that your antibodies are both over range, which indicates that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.  Additionally, your  TSH is on the high side, indicating that you are hypothyroid.

Both the low vitamin B12 and hypothyroid can cause the fatigue issue.

You should ask your doctor to test your actual thyroid hormones, FT3 and FT4, to see exactly where they are; that will help you figure out what's going on.
