Well now I understand why your doctor had that reaction, you have very high Platelets , that must be investigated, that can be caused by a inflammatory process going on, did your doctor gave you aspirin?, I think you should go to an internal medicine doctor, high Alk Phos can mean liver, etc, there are some points must be seen, and that means you must do much more analyses including some tests for autoimmune diseases, ultrasound (neck, including thyroid). Your Baso are high, that can be caused by an allergic reaction, also viral infection, hemolytic anemia......so it is difficult to say. But your thyroid analyses at this point are normal.
Thank you so much for responding
THYROGLOBUL AB MY LEVEL IS 28.5, (-60) U/ml
MY THYROID PERO AB IS 26.3 (-60) u/ml
MY ESR IS 31 (0-20)

MY 3T FREE IS 3.5 (2.0-4.4)
Also my insulin was 6.2 (2.6-24.9)
I also had a regular bloodtest done, and I had high levels of
Protein Total 8.3 (6.4- 8.2)
ALK Phos 224 (50-136)
Bub/Crea 21.4 (12-20)
Platelets 831 (150-450)
Baso% 8.1 (0-1.9)
I hope this helps. Thanks so much.
What I can see, the TPO antibodies are in the normal range (the same about TSH and free's), but not sure about Tg antibodies, could you post the references?, but to be sure if your symptoms are related to a thyroid problem (TSH and T4 are normal (low normal but normal), so doesn't look like it is), you should do an ultrasound to see if you have a goiter or a possible nodule (if your Tg antibodies are positive....). An enlarged thyroid can also press on your windpipe or your esophagus, which may be responsible for the hoarse voice. What is the reference of your free T3?, it looks like it's normal (if it's in pg/mL), so that's why doctor is confused, but your ESR it's a little bit high, whish means you can have an inflammmation process, but ESR it self doesn't mean much , so I would first suggest the ultrasound and repeat the thyroid analyses (TSH, free T4 and free T3), also you should test for C-reactive protein whish is more accurate then ESR. I would also consider adrenal testing to see if anything else is missing.
Can you post the reference range levels as they are different all over the world.
I would say you are Hypo though going by what you posted. Depends on the level range and would help more if you posted them.
But it does show you have antibodies there meaning a Thyroid Autoimmune Disease.
