I have graves disease

I just recently got graves disease and am on meds. THey have me on a beta blocker too. I want to know if I will ever be able to excercise again or have a alcoholic beverage every once in awhile?

First you have to get to where you are not taking a beta blocker. Right now you need to take it easy.
