I have graves disease

I just recently got graves disease and am on meds. THey have me on a beta blocker too. I want to know if I will ever be able to excercise again or have a alcoholic beverage every once in awhile?

Once they get your Free T4 and Free T3 down where they should be and your body has time to heal, you will be able to exercise, although maybe not as much as before.

Same with alcohol.

First you have to get to where you are not taking a beta blocker. Right now you need to take it easy.
