IBS/low Back pain related to Hypo/Hashi's

Hi All-
Has anyone experience bloating, abdominal pain and gas pains like IBS (constipation) with your underactive/Hashi's? Everytime I get this I also get lower right back pain. It's horrible. Could it be that my numbers are off and once my dosage is increased, my bloating/gas pains will subside? Thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this? I had my low back pain from Nov-May and a CBC was done in Jan. and everything seemed normal. My backpain suddenly disappeared for 2 months and now it is back again? Any words of wisdom?
