IGF 1 tests-acromegaly??

I am Curious about ACROMEGALY.  While I am waiting to get here I found some bloodwork by my MD:
I am borderline high.
  IGF 1,  ECL testing is
            233                  Reference Range 26-233
Calcium    10.5                          8.6-10.2   high
sodium      134                          135-146     low
chloride      95                             98-110     low
I have Very Large Hands and feet and now my rings do not fit and my shoe size has gotten bigger.  Feet have gotten larger over the years.  20 yrs or so ago I wore 7.5 now about 9-9.5 depending on the shoe. Last year I had bone start breaking off from inside my mouth around the lower ridge.  Painful!     Short Stature only 5'2" and shrinking, But heavy big boned.  RoundMoon face that used to be more heart shaped. And  Weight Gain. Always hungry for sweets. Large bags under eyes. Parotid Issues,  Thick Cuticles, hands and toes.
My endo mentioned this word Acromegaly and even circled these numbers and said I am borderline high. But did not do any other testing. I looked up symptoms and I have about 98% of them.  Including that profuse sweating!!!  Who knows about this.  I also read some indications of parathyroid and adrenal???? Not worried,  just curious                     -sass-
