If you are late taking your thyroid pill an hour and a half is that bad?

I take 75mcg of Levoxyl and was late taking it this morning. I was an hour and a half late then took it when I woke up before I ate right away. Is that bad? Will it have any impact on tomorrows dose and should I/is it ok to take it at my regular time tomorrow? Or do I have to take it at my new time now since I took this mornings does late?

Redhead has a valid point.
It does goes by WEEKLY dosage and not daily but it seems a lot here are super sensitive to Thyroxin (T4 med) so if you do forget a dose, you could even add a little extra each day to make up for the missed dose.
Thats how I would do it to avoid Hyper symptoms.

The whole dosing thing relates to a weekly dose, not just a daily dose, so by doubling up it really won't matter. Only those who are extremely sensitive to T4 medication will notice any ill effect. This is very rare.
Thyroxine (the hormone, not the brand name,  that most of us take as a T4 supplement) has a half life of one week, so you take it this week, you won't notice the effect till next week.
If you take a T4 AND T3 as a combined supplement, THEN it can make you a bit skew-iff by taking double dose the next day if you missed the previous day. It is the T3 which needs to be a daily dose which can cause you issues if you double up. Otherwise it is totally safe to double up the next day on your normal T4 meds.

I usually take mine around 7 - 7.30am but when I have labs done, its not taken until I have had blood drawn which can sometimes even be up to 3 hours late and no ill effect.
Stick to your normal dosing and you will be fine.
Dont take T4 med BEFORE labs...always take it after bloods are drawn.
Most Doctors dont tell you this.
I never double up if I have forgotten....I just take as normal the next day.
I have even stopped my T4 med for up to 4 days because of going drug induced hyper once or twice.....but this has been on Doctors advice.

levoxyl has a half life of approximately one week. if you accidently miss a pill, it's better to take two the next day than to just skip it. actually, i've read that you can take up to 3 pills if you miss them but i've only ever missed one day. some pharmacy inserts tell you to just skip it but that can actually cause much greater fluctuations than doubling up if you miss it so ignore those instructions...

No problem, especially since it is a T4 med.  T4 is much less active and that is why occasionally you will notice a doctor telling a patient to take different doses on alternate days, in order to hit the desired daily average.  Stick to your original schedule.
