Infertility and Hashimoto

I'm 29 years old lady, married since 8 years, with no chance to get pregnant up-to-moment, since 4 years the symptoms started and were as follow: feeling of pressure on the front face of the neck, and sometimes on the left side, bone and joint pain, recurrent vaginal infection, stomach ache and hyperacidity, bloating, mucus in stool, diarrhea, constipation, weight gain, dry skin, but the cycle was regular, beside an every month cyst on the left ovary "2.5 cm" but during the cycle it disappear, High TSH level "6.7", Normal T3 and T4, treated with Eltroxin for 21 days and then the treatment stopped for about 16 months, then I started taking 75 mcg/day till now.
2 years ago, and by chance I discovered me and my husband that there are many diseases could cause some of the symptoms, especially infertility, and we did some blood tests including cholesterol "always over 220 mg/dl", and Anti thyroid antibodies, the results as follow: antithyroglobulin AB: Negative, Antimicrosomal AB: Positive "22 IU/ml".
the surprise now is the unstable Prolactin level, which vary from day to day, sometimes 37, or 46 or 77 then return to 32, FSH, LH, Estradiol & Progesteron are all normal.

Now the symptoms persists, taking in consideration that I'm still on Thyroxin 75 mg a day, " one day 100 and the other day 50"

Please help me, how to control and to treat my case, and what about Hashimoto's and the selenium?, what about the chance to get pregnant? "I’m suffering from this, I feel I get old and no children yet", and do I need any other treatment with Eltroxin?, I feel the Physicians in our country Egypt are traditional in their treatment, and no one asked me to do the antibodies tests, only my husband asked me to do it, by the way he's a clinical pathologist, but he left his carrier and working in medical marketing, so he's not practicing now and he cannot help me.

I need your help, Thank you in advance

What are your blood levels, tsh t3 and t4. I am in same boat. So you were tested for pcos??? I am filled with these cysts. I have very slim chance of getting pregnant. I am 29 as well. They need to make sure your level of tsh is around 1.0 to feel any better. Anyhow make sure you post the last blood results too.
