I do not believe it is possible or legal to buy T3 medication without a prescription!
Any Over the Counter (OTC) drug by FDA law/rule states that there can virtually be no measurable hormone in the product. At least that is what I've read and been told.
Outside the USA I'm not sure if that is the case. However if you buy on the "black market" you have no assurance of the quality and dosage consistency of the medication. As Barb stated, self medicating is NOT the way to go.

All you have to go is google cytomel and you'll come up with all kinds of places, but I certainly don't recommend that you do that.
