Is it normal- TSH 5.78?

My T3 is  2.39; T4 is 86.4 and TSH is 5.78. I am a 39 yrs old married women and have no history of diabetes or hypertension. My FPG is 81.70; CBC is also normal except of TOTAL PLATELET COUNT 0.76 LACS /cumm MPV 12.5.USG of abdomen is fine. Last year my TSH was found normal. Is it normal or should I start taking medicine? May please answer.
