And I am still having that problem.
I just happen to be on my cousin's computer today.
Not sure whats wrong with mind.  I modem keeps a
red light all the time and not allowing me to connnect.
Sometimes I have to wait 3-4 days to wait for all green lights.

Glad I got on.
