Just started synthroid

I am recently diagnosed with hypothyroid. I just started synthroid 0.075mg 3 days ago. I am experiencing fatigue, burning tingling in my arms and hands. I feel spacey and now I'm starting to have ringing in my ears and stomach pain. I know it takes time for medicine to start working but it feels like synthroid is just magnifying my hypo symptoms. I've read on some sites but not all that fatigue is a symptom of overdose. Should I take half my medicine and see how that goes, or just try to deal with the side effects and see what happens?

the side effects are from being hypo thyroid not the from the synthroid.Talk to your doc befroe adjust your meds.Give the syntroid time to do its thing and you will feel better I promise.the tingling could be from low calcium levels.Talk to your doc and see what they say.

Hello " just started"  hang in there..do not cut your meds, take them as instructeds.  I started out as hyperthyroid , went into remission and I am now hypothyroid . I was diagnosed in 1999 and I now take 88mcg.   I went through all the changes you are going through . I am finally feeling kind of normal.  periodically I have bouts of fatigue but I now know my limits.  Do not let anyone push you further than you can go.  It is now all about you.  You will be exhausted at any given moment.  research all you can.. stay on the internet and go to the library and learn about your condition....pudapada
