LOW FREE T4 AND LOWER NORMAL TSH

MY FREE T4 IS 9.72 pmol/l
TSH = 0.689 mIU/L

please advice what is type of thyrite.
what medice shall take?
this result is post delivery.

Your TSH is still normal, but your free T4 is low, are you taking any medication?, do you have symptoms? did you measure free T3? in your case it would be important your free T3 to see what is going on. You should repeat the thyroid analyses including the thyroid antibodies (TPO and anti-Tg). If your TSH gets lower and still low free T4 and free T3, you should look if you have a Pituitary/hypothalamic dysfunction.
