Lab results

Okay.....I had a Total Thyroidectomy in 2007 I have always felt fine when my TSH is on the lower end of the normal scale......I am on 150 mcg of Synthroid....5 mcg Cytomel once in morning once in afternoon.  The only symptoms that I really ever had with my thyroid disorder is the occasional nightsweat and panic kind of feelings racing heartrate....anyway....here is my question...I just had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago leaving in my ovaries so I would not have to go thru menopause.  I am 44 years old.  1 week ago I started having terrible night sweats all night keeping me up all night...not sleeping...emotional wreck...crying....tired during the day no energy..headaches..occasional hot flashes during the day.....

I had my thyroid levels checked..and this is what they are...TSH 0.05 /T4 17.8 /Free T4 5.7 /T3 Total 158.00  Could this be causing all of these symptoms?  My OBGYN had me go get my estrogen and FSH checked today so I do not have those results.....

Please give us the lab ranges used for these. The tests you should be having done are TSH, Free T4 and Free T3.  Total t4 and t3's are outdated.  Because you are on Cytomel you will have a supressed tsh that will make you look hyper so you cannot go by that. When on a combo of meds T4 and T3 you should be treated by free T4 and free T3.
Your symptoms sound estrogen  related as well.
