Your TG ab test is conclusive of having autoimmune antibodies related to Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.  With Hashi's the autoimmune system erroneously identifies the thyroid gland as foreign to the body and produces antibodies to attack and eventually destroy the gland.  As this is proceeding, the output of  the biologically active thyroid hormones, Free T4 and Free T3 is gradually diminished, resulting in hypothyroid symptoms, requiring replacement thyroid medication.  Your Free T4 test result was 1.03, which is only 16% of its range.  Your Free T3 result of 4.89 is only 21 % of its range.  Both of those are too low in the range and will typically result in hypothyroid symptoms.  So before going further, please tell us about any symptoms you have, since that is even more important than test results.
