Thanks for the information on the B vitamines. I have tried magnesium before and it didn't seem to help much. I feel a bit better when I do yoga in the morning. I am brand new at it and boy am I stiff!. I It is called A.M & P.M. YOGA for beginners By: Element. I bought it at Costco and it was buy one get one free. What a deal! HUH? Have you had thyroid ca? I am sure tired of being tired. I can sleep any where & any time!

I am mega B vitamins and have no leg aches but get them when heading Hyper if I do.
Magnesium can be brought OTC at a Chemist.
It wouldnt hurt taking mega B vitamins as your body disposes of whatever you dont need.

Just my whole leg. They ache. I read last night B12 & B6 and a few others might help. Have you heard of that? I prefer not to take a prescription.
Are the legs or feet swollen?
I found Magnesium was great for leg aches but consult your Doctor first.
I also found I got them when my levels were unstable.
