Levothyroxine weekly?
hello
i would like to know if anyone takes levothyroxine once weekly?
if so, its there any danger of those larger dose could drop TSH level, to hyperthyroidism
i want to somebody could explain how this weekly dosage mechanism works in the body, if its safe enough to stabilize TSH levels, without drop down to below range level

I've never heard of anyone taking their levo weekly. However, I did run across an article a while back that said that it was a possibility. Theoretically, it should work, but I guess I don't understand why you'd want to do it. I'm fairly sensitive to meds, so I'm pretty fanatical about keeping my DAILY dose the same.
