HELP - im scared - I am 43 - having tachycardia (130) and horrible tremor
My test came back
TSH  <0.03
Free Thyroxine    3.0
Free Triiodothyronine     12.4
Does any one know what this means? Im worried after reading a bit here -any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have hyperthyroidism and you should go to an ENDO. You should talk to your doctor about taking a beta-blocker. Beta-blockers  help control many of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. These drugs can slow a fast heart rate, reduce tremors, and control anxiety. The Beta Blocker should be stopped once the anti-thyroid drug reduces the thryroid action to a normal rate.

estrelina is spot on.
And with Free T3 that high, I'm sure you feel like you are going to jump out of your skin.
I wish I could say there is a quick fix.  Prepare yourself for the long haul.  Take it easy.
Don't push yourself.  It will make you sick.  Get copies of ALL your labs and keep a copy with you.
Take the Rx!  Beta blocker and anti thyroid meds WILL make you feel better until the Drs. determine the cause.

Totally agree with the above.

Beta blockers do wonders for tachycardia and they do it FAST.  You should begin to get relief almost as soon as you start taking them.

Best of luck.

good luck to you..
You probably need some kind of beta blocker or anxiety medication.
I take busbar and it helps me tremendously with anxiety/ palpitations..
