You have hyperthyroidism and you should go to an ENDO. You should talk to your doctor about taking a beta-blocker. I wish I could say there is a quick fix. Prepare yourself for the long haul. Take it easy.
Don't push yourself. It will make you sick. Get copies of ALL your labs and keep a copy with you.
Take the Rx! Beta blocker and anti thyroid meds WILL make you feel better until the Drs. determine the cause.

I take busbar and it helps me tremendously with anxiety/ palpitations..

Beta blockers do wonders for tachycardia and they do it FAST. You should begin to get relief almost as soon as you start taking them.
