Low temperature

by Sunshine_67, Sep 25, 2008 04:57AM
The last two weeks my morning temperature has been between 97.1-97.4. It's always been a normal 98.6 in the past. What exactly does temperature mean as far as being hypothyroid with Hashi's?

It can make one feel colder when their thyroid is hypo...its just the opposite when one is hyper, it can make them feel hot.

I don't believe that a variance in temperature of 1 degree is anything abnormal...especially when it comes to digital therm readings.

My kids' docs always say it's ok for a resting temp ..... sometimes people actually go lower when ill beforehand she also told me once.  But 97 is considered "normal"

WELCOME!
