Hi,
I recently received thyroid profile testing results, prompted by previously results: low TSH results of 0.03 MIU/L (with normal T3 & normal but slightly low T4). This follow-up testing resulted in normal TSH (2.50 UIU/L), with normal, but slightly lower FreeT4 & T4 (0.89 ng/dL & 5.58 ug/dL). Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody testing was performed (1st time) & results are 1247 U/mL (well above the <60 U/mL range). My WBCs & Abso Neutrophils are slightly low (below range). My cholesterol results are total (231), Tri (99), LDL (110), and HDL (101).
My history includes a miscarriage, followed by 3 years of no pregnancies, followed by another miscarriage, and most recently my son being born still at 26 weeks. I have recently tested weakly positive for lupus, heterozygous for C677t mutation, negative for Anti-cardiolipin Antibody & Factor V Leiden. Homocysteine levels (non-fasting) are normal. My first concern is for carrying a healthy pregnancy to term - what do my results indicate?
