Lymphocytic Thyroiditis (cyst) w/ rare syncytial clusters of follicular cells present

Has anyone heard of Lymphocytic Thyroiditis (cyst) w/ rare syncytial clusters of follicular cells present? I have Hasimoto and the fine needle biopsy found the above.

I've read on the internet about respiratory syncytial virus but nothing about syncytial in the thyroid goiter/nodule/cyst.
