Major fluctuation in TSH

I got tests done the last fe months on my TSH. Is there a difference between Progressive TSH and TSH?
The doctors do not seem to want to test anything other than my TSH allthough I have asked them to test The other things also.

These are the results I have gotten

Feburary 2009 -
TSH - 1.67 mU/L
Thyroxine Free - 13.9 - pmol/L
T3 - 5.2 Pmol/L

May 2009 -
TSH - 1.86

July 20th 2009 -
TSH - 2.92

July 22 2009 -
TSH Progressive - 0.86
Anti-Thyroglobulin antibody - < 10 IU/mL

Any thoughts please!
Thanks

The TSH can fluctuate depending on certain circumstances.
I had the flu and mine went from 2.3 to over 6.0 in less than a week.
Without the FT3 and FT4 done....no-one can really determine whats going on with your thyroid.
The TSH level is not a true indicator of thyroid issues.

Are you on thyroid meds now?  The correct tests are TSH, Free T4 and Free T3.
Also please post the ranges your lab uses with your test results. Every lab seems to be using different ranges.
