Medullary Carcinoma of Thyroid

I am recently diagnosed with the Medullary form of Thyroid Cancer - is there anyone or any suggestions of other sites that can help me. I am really having a hard time finding anything other than the general information on this and would just like to talk to someone who has this form. Thanks all
