Missed my medication

I had a complete thyroidectomy about 10 years ago. I have been on Armour Thyroid for most of that time.
My current dose is 4grams per day.
I guess you could say that life happened and somehow I completely forgot to do the thing that has been routine.
I missed 6 days of my medication. I restarted this morning. But I was wondering what physical symptoms could missing meds cause?

Thanks for your reply. My husband really fussed at me about it this morning.
I can't explain the matrix of issues that have taken my attention away from my meds but I know it was stupid.
I'm going to put it in my makeup bag and get one of those daily dose boxes so that I don't forget again.
Think I'll put a call into my doctor. I'm having some sort of weird non specific symptoms.
Thanks again

You could experience ANY of the hypothyroid symptoms....wow I could never imagine missing a whole weeks worth of medicine. I keep mine right on my bathroom sink so I can take it the minute I get up in the morning.
It can become a very serious life threatening situation for you not to take your thyroid meds....I dont think I would let that happen again.
